JUST BREATHE: FINDING FREEDOM THROUGH FEAR

JUST BREATHE: FINDING FREEDOM THROUGH FEAR

Fear traps us: It prevents us from growing. It prevents us from contributing to other people. It prevents us from living happy, satisfied, fulfilled, free lives.

We don’t just fear the loss of these things, though—we fear the loss of what these things might mean to us in some distant, hypothetical future.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE BY DEFINING YOUR CORE VALUES

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE BY DEFINING YOUR CORE VALUES

Values are our foundational beliefs that anchor our lives, the things that matter to us the most; the nonnegotiable characteristics that best describe who we are.

Identifying your specific core values offers a deep awakening to understanding why you do what you do. REFLECTIVE WRITING FOR POSITIVE CHANGE

KNOW YOUR LIMITS TO SCALE YOUR CHOICE

It is only at that level of commitment that lasting change will take place.

TIME WARPS WORK

TIME WARPS WORK

In life coaching, we typically stay in the present as much as possible to avoid the anxiety and fear that can be associated with staying too much in the past or future.
