5 things you can do today to begin living with intent.

Mondays with Meg is a LIVE video series every single Monday morning at 8am CST. Every week we will explore a different topic in a conversational, authentic, way to help you start your week of well and with intention.

If you’re anything like me…. there are waaaaaay too many things I want to accomplish each day. My task list is ever growing, and most days, the minute I check one thing off my list, I need to add ten more tasks to it.

Ugh. 

Many of my coaching clients are work-at-home-moms or women running their own creative businesses from home (like me). For me, It is crucial that I am intentional every single day in how I spend my time on the tasks that I choose to do in order to keep my people, my pups, my home and my business running well.

But, I can’t do it all…

And neither can you.

Not even close!

What’s surprising is that being intentional isn’t as hard as you think. It doesn’t mean you’ll do everything you want, and it doesn’t it mean you’ll do everything perfectly.

Please hear me… just because I work hard at being intentional every single day, it doesn’t mean I never drop the ball. And I’m okay with that because that’s not the point. What IS the point is being focused and deliberate in all that I do.

1. REST

2. ROUTINES (and get in the habit of using a timer to stay on track!)

3. INK IN DOWN TIME (as often as you can) 

4. PICK YOUR TOP 3 (to keep you motivated)

5. LOOK UP! (turn off the distractions)
